Flipper Nation – Real Estate Investing Meets ‘The Office’

I’ll admit to a guilty pleasure in watching those ‘Flip That/This House’ shows. And while I haven’t tried it myself, I do admire the efforts of rehabbers and the stress they endure.

Now comes the mockumentary, Flipper Nation, documenting an investment group striving to make a million dollars flipping houses. It’s sort of a real estate investing expose given The Office treatment.

Here’s Episode 1, The First Flip.

HA! HA! I’m having flashbacks. “We only made 75 bucks.” Actually a lot of investors who’ve bought houses they shouldn’t have would be ecstatic to make 75 bucks.

But you don’t have to struggle and make those mistakes if you follow the simple proven system I’ve laid out at Renegade Real Estate.

    There’s even a free course.

I ‘ve watched a number of these reality shows in their first season. But quite frankly have gotten bored with them. Too much the same stuff.

That was hilarious! When’s the next episode? It will be better if Dwight Shrute will make a guest appearance for that.

In all seriousness though, there is always some nugget of truth we can take away. For me, perseverance is the lesson to be learned in this video. Regardless of how poorly you may do starting out (such as 75 bucks of profit), by learning from your failures, you can very quickly turn a negative into a positive.

Don’t give up! Stick with it, and learn from others mistakes to get the most out of your house flipping business.
