    Any previews of the stats for this month floating around ? They normally get previewed on or around the 5th.

    Hopefully you are just busy selling some houses.

    Full report, hopefully, later today. My preview never made it out of my pending posts, sorry. Basic story: closed sale and pending activity is up over the past few months, prices down slightly.

    And yes, I am busy with clients, thankfully for me.
